Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog. It's been a while since I updated it. I'd love to tell you I have more coming and stay tuned but to be honest, I don't really know what to do with my blog. I've been overhauling my social media lately. For example, my Instagram page used to consist of book images and other book related content. Yes, I love to read. But that's not my only passion. Quite frankly, I got tired of trying to post cool photos with books. It was a lot of work and took away from my writing. So, I changed it. Now, my Instagram is being used to share fun photos and info about my writing AND I'm showcasing my other passion. The outdoors and Florida.
Florida has a pretty bad rep in the media and most of it is probably warranted. However, I love my state and there's some pretty cool treasures to find as well as beautiful landscapes. I figured, why not share that with the world? Maybe show Florida the way I see it. And on top of that, I've been posting pictures from my personal life and writing and it's been fun and liberating. But with my blog, I still feel stuck. Like I've said, I love books and I love reading but that's not all there is to life. I'd like to share more from my blog each week but I don't know what. If you have any thoughts or ideas, let me know in the comments below. Let's get to the point of this post which is, I was interviewed by a local news station while at a book signing. It was really cool but also nerve inducing. The interview aired on Bay News 9 at 10 PM on Sunday. I didn't see it, not knowing what time it aired. But it was neat being the subject of an interview for the event. If anyone saw the interview, let me know. I'm really curious how it all came together.
